Feedback Loop Policy
This page is intended to provide information about Comcast's feedback loop program
How to join and how the information can benefit senders.
Feedback loop data is generated by user complaints as they make use of the "This
is Spam" reporting mechanism. When a user submits a message through this
system an ARF formatted report will be sent to the sender in an ARF formatted report.
All feedback loop reports will contain the full headers of the message sent, but
are scrubbed of Comcast customers e-mail addresses. Under no condition will
the Comcast customer's e-mail address be added back to the message for purposes
of the feedback loop.
In order to subscribe to Comcast's Feedback Loop, you must be the party responsible
for a server that sends mail to Comcast customers. If you are the owner of
a service hosted on a shared mail server, it is recommended that you have the server
owner contact us to sign up.
The FBL registration should now allow you to register for both IP-based and DKIM-based
Feedback Loops. If you have questions or problems, please let us know.
