Comcast Block Removal

If you are a Comcast customer having difficulty sending to another domain, this unblock will not help.  Instead please contact Comcast Customer Security Assurance at 888-565-4329.

This form will assist in unblocking only if the error you received contains the error code BL000000.  For all other blocks, please follow the link contained within the error for more information.

By making use of our Blocklist Removal Form, Comcast will evaluate your request.  Typically it will take less than 30 minutes for the block to be lifted.  However there are some instances where we will report that the block cannot be lifted without first contacting Comcast Customer Security Assurance at 888-565-4329.

Please note that Comcast does limit the number of requests that can be made through the online form.  We will not accept the same IP to be requested more than 5 times per day or for a requester to enter more than 20 IPs per day.
